When you purchase a security system installation and monitoring package from Security Central, we expect you to be pleased with the work we do. If we fail to meet your expectations in any way, just notify us in writing within 30 days of your system installation. We will gladly take steps to correct any noted deficiencies and make you satisfied. If we cannot remedy your concerns within the 30 days following your notice to us, we will refund your purchase and installation fee up to $1,000.00! (System equipment must be returned to receive refund.)
